Most business owners under-price, over-deliver, and wonder why growth stalls
That pattern ends when someone outside the business examines the numbers with you. This is what our coaching engagements are designed to do — not motivate, not inspire, but clarify the economics of your business so you can make better decisions faster.
Business coaching priced by what you actually need
We don't sell bronze, silver, or gold packages. Instead, every engagement is scoped to your situation. Below is a transparent breakdown of what coaching costs, what drives the price, and why we structure it this way.
Diagnostic session
A ninety-minute deep dive into your revenue model, cost structure, and growth bottlenecks. You leave with a written summary of the three highest-leverage changes you can make immediately. Many clients start here and decide on their own whether ongoing coaching makes sense.
"That single session saved me from signing a lease that would have eaten my margins for two years." — Marc Thibault, restaurateur
Ongoing coaching
The monthly rate depends on session frequency (bi-weekly or weekly), the complexity of your business model, and whether we include financial review between calls. There are no lock-in contracts — you continue as long as the return justifies the investment. Most clients stay between six and fourteen months.
Every engagement includes asynchronous access via email for time-sensitive decisions between sessions.
Intensive sprint
Built for owners facing a specific inflection point: a new hire decision, a pricing overhaul, entering a new market, or restructuring operations. We meet three times per week for six weeks, with homework and accountability built in. This is the fastest path to a measurable shift.
What affects cost
Revenue complexity, number of revenue streams, team size, and whether we do direct financial modelling all influence scope. We never charge for things you don't need. If bi-weekly sessions are enough, we won't push weekly. If you only need the diagnostic, that's perfectly fine.
We quote a fixed monthly rate before we start — no surprise invoices, no hourly billing anxiety.
Why no packages?
Packages force you into someone else's framework. A bakery owner scaling from one location to three has different needs than a solo consultant trying to break six figures. Standardised tiers pretend those situations are interchangeable. They aren't. We scope every engagement individually because that's what actually produces results.
The areas we work on together
Pricing architecture
We rebuild your pricing from the ground up — cost-plus analysis, value-based positioning, competitive mapping, and margin targets that make your business sustainable.
Revenue model clarity
Recurring vs. project revenue, product vs. service mix, customer lifetime value calculations. We make sure you understand where your money actually comes from.
Hiring and delegation
When to hire, what to delegate first, how to structure compensation so it aligns with growth instead of draining cash flow.
Operational bottlenecks
Identifying the constraint that limits throughput — whether it's a process, a person, a tool, or a habit — and designing the fix.
Decision frameworks
Helping you build repeatable decision-making systems so you stop agonising over every choice and start moving faster with confidence.
Built for business owners who think in numbers, not affirmations
This isn't life coaching dressed up in business language. We work with spreadsheets, P&L statements, and real data. If you want accountability tied to financial outcomes, you're in the right place.

Two paths, two outcomes
Atelier Verte — product-based business
Danielle was selling handmade home goods at craft fairs and online. Revenue was growing, but profit wasn't. We discovered her shipping costs were eating twenty-two percent of her margin on online orders. We restructured her pricing tiers, introduced a minimum order value, and renegotiated her courier contract.
Result: net profit increased by thirty-one percent within one quarter.
Bridgeway Consulting — service firm
Liam's five-person consulting firm was billing hourly and constantly scope-creeping. We moved the firm to project-based pricing with clear deliverables and change-order policies. We also identified that one service line was generating eighty percent of profit while consuming only forty percent of capacity.
Result: average project value rose by nineteen percent; team overtime dropped to near zero.
